Maintain the good appearance and conservation of common areas A third-party service company is seeking a Janitor in Itajaí. **Responsibilities:** Perform basic and preventive maintenance of building facilities (electrical, plumbing, painting). Carry out general cleaning and conservation of common areas (courtyards, lobbies, corridors, staircases). Control access and movement of external service providers on-site. Perform minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, faucets, and adjusting doors and windows. Collect and dispose of garbage appropriately, following waste disposal regulations. Ensure the safety, organization, and good appearance of the premises, reporting any issues to management.
