Financial Internship Job Responsibilities: * Maintaining financial protocols by updating due dates and payment methods in the ERP system * Scheduling one-time and recurring payments in the company's system * Sending and receiving CNAB files * Saving payment receipts * Recording payments in the ERP system * Performing daily bank reconciliations * Reconciling credit card statements * Recording receivables in the system * Collecting invoices and expense receipts from suppliers and employees * Supporting other daily tasks, such as: contacting banks and suppliers, addressing variations in fixed and variable expense amounts, contracts, etc. Other Required Skills: Intermediate/Advanced Excel Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) – Intermediate Academic Qualification: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Controllership, or Finance.
