We are seeking a professional to join our audit team, responsible for ensuring the effective execution of internal audits—assessing controls, operational, financial, and regulatory risks—providing strategic reports and recommendations to senior management, and promoting continuous improvement of the organization’s processes and controls, acting with integrity and adherence to the MDS Group Code of Conduct. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute internal audit assignments, carrying out fieldwork under supervision according to the established plan, contributing to achieving audit objectives, supporting the management of internal clients’ expectations, and identifying basic risk areas. * Evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control environment through analysis of operational activities, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, to ensure integrity and adherence to corporate policies and standards. * Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations, guaranteeing that all audit activities meet legal and organizational requirements. * Conduct audit reviews—from scope definition and planning through to preparation of executive reports—to provide senior management with technical information and improvement recommendations. * Build relationships with business process-related departments and groups through meetings, alignment sessions, and information sharing, to strengthen organizational integration and effectiveness. * Contribute to the annual Internal Audit Department planning process by identifying risks, opportunities, and priorities, optimizing audit plan coverage and effectiveness. * Act in accordance with the MDS Group Code of Conduct, promoting the organization’s ethical and cultural values to uphold high standards of integrity and governance.
