Assist with administrative routines and travel arrangements Responsible for assisting in the execution of routine administrative tasks within the functional area, including document scanning, tracking letter approval signatures and electronic signatures, sending invoices for payment, external activities, and other related tasks, following established guidelines to support the team leader in performing their duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\) Assist in performing routine administrative tasks within the functional area, including document scanning, tracking letter approval signatures and electronic signatures, sending invoices for payment, external activities, and other related tasks, following established guidelines. 2\) Provide various administrative services related to floor maintenance and administration. 3\) Assist the secretary with administrative routines such as expense reporting, booking air tickets and accommodations, among others. 4\) Perform other related tasks of similar complexity level within the functional area, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Hello, we are BAT Brasil!
