Job Summary: The Store Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the establishment's security, preventing theft and robbery, controlling customer and merchandise entry/exit, and monitoring security cameras. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the establishment's security and prevent losses. 2. Monitor security cameras and control customer entry/exit. 3. Collaborate with the team to ensure everyone's safety. The Store Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the establishment's security, preventing theft and robbery, as well as controlling customer and merchandise entry/exit. This professional works proactively, monitoring security cameras and conducting interventions when necessary. * Conduct periodic patrols inside and outside the store to ensure site security. * Monitor security cameras and alarms, identifying potential risk situations. * Control customer entry/exit, verifying invoices and product labels. * Approach customers in case of suspected theft or inappropriate behavior. * Collaborate with the sales team and management to prevent losses and ensure the safety of employees and customers. * Complete incident reports and inform management of any security issues. * Participate in training to improve loss prevention and asset security techniques. * Ensure compliance with company internal policies and established security procedures. * Assist in product organization and restocking, when necessary. * Stay updated on retail security and theft prevention techniques.
