We are seeking a Practical Kitchen Helper to work on a 12x36 shift schedule, supporting the team in daily production and ensuring every dish is prepared to standard with care. You will have opportunities to learn, grow, and develop in the field of gastronomy. * Assist in pre-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes. * Clean, cut, and organize food items and supplies. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and utensils. * Follow technical sheets and instructions from the responsible cook. * Monitor product expiration dates, storage conditions, and labeling. * Support restocking food at the pass/counter. * Collaborate to foster a respectful and team-oriented work environment. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a kitchen helper, steward, or similar role. * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (including weekends/holidays). * Basic knowledge of good hygiene and food handling practices. * Agility, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to work well in a team and follow routines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in home-style kitchens or meal-prep services (marmitaria). * Familiarity with technical sheets and portioning. * Training in gastronomy or food handling. * Experience in high-volume production environments.
