Job Summary: The Junior Buyer is responsible for analyzing inventory levels, developing procurement strategies, negotiating prices and delivery terms, and identifying new products and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of the procurement process and supplier relationship. 2. Contribution to business profitability and negotiation of agreements. 3. Market monitoring and prospecting of new suppliers. **Junior Buyer** -------------------- **OVERVIEW** Responsible for analyzing inventory status and developing procurement strategies, including negotiation of price, delivery terms, and payment conditions. Identify new products and suppliers. Negotiate and evaluate agreements and contracts. Monitor all stages, especially for imported goods, until products arrive at the company. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Execute, monitor, and analyze all procurement stages for assigned suppliers Place purchase orders and monitor them through to receipt Ensure full store replenishment Monitor store sales reports Monitor procurement-, sales-, margin-, budget-, shrinkage-, and commercial agreement-related reports Liaise with the Finance department (accounts payable and receivable) and Tax/Audit department Liaise with the Marketing department for general and commercial initiatives Monitor in-store negotiated promotions and offers Contribute to business profitability Negotiate and issue commercial agreements Prospect new suppliers Product registration Management reporting Monthly closing Product mix review Visits to company-owned and competitor stores Monitoring of JBP contracts; negotiation of contracts and commercial terms Trade show visits **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Completed undergraduate degree Minimum 1 year of experience in this role **KNOWLEDGE** Proficiency in Excel; Innovation; RMS **COMPETENCIES** Strategic vision Teamwork Decision-making Conflict resolution Problem solving Interpersonal skills Proactivity Planning Organization Negotiation Leadership Emotional intelligence Flexibility Active listening Adaptability Systemic analysis Customer focus Communication Creativity Effectiveness Dynamism; **BENEFITS** Health insurance Dental insurance Meal voucher Life insurance **IMPORTANT NOTES** Flexible working hours required Willingness to work at any store within the group required
