Job Summary: Inventory Assistant to manage, organize, and control inventory, as well as collaborate with purchasing and sales teams. Key Highlights: 1. Sourcing and quotation of products and supplies **We are seeking an Inventory Assistant for Salvador/BA:** **Reporting to the department manager, your responsibilities will include:** · Assisting in inventory management (organization, counting); · Assisting in local product quotation and procurement; · Assisting in product receiving (may attend, but cannot receive, verify, unload, or store); · Assisting in product coding; · Assisting in product dispatch; · Assisting in supply control; · Collaborating with purchasing and sales teams to ensure adequate supply; · Sourcing parts and tires from local suppliers, among other duties. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; technical course in Logistics is a plus; * Driver's license category A/B; * Experience in auto centers or large-scale inventory operations; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Must deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating willingness to assist customers with any inquiries.
