**Job Details:**
Employment Type: CLT (Permanent)
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Work Mode: On-site
**Salary and Benefits:**
Monthly base salary: R$ 2\.300,00;
Comprehensive health insurance (after probation period);
Meal allowance: R$ 400,00;
Transportation allowance \- (paid in cash \- equivalent to 2 transportation vouchers per working day).
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
\- Conduct quotations and negotiations for materials and services, seeking optimal price, delivery time, and quality terms;
\- Oversee the procurement process from requisition to product delivery, ensuring compliance with specifications;
\- Register invoices (NFs) for products and services in the system;
\- Monitor price trends and the supplier market to identify cost-reduction opportunities and procurement improvements;
\- Collaborate with logistics and maintenance departments on material replenishment planning, ensuring appropriate inventory levels;
\- Maintain up-to-date supplier records, continuously evaluating each supplier’s performance and reputation;
\- Prepare reports and track procurement performance indicators (KPIs);
\- Contribute to procurement process optimization by identifying improvement opportunities and proposing efficient solutions;
\- Conduct market research and outreach to suppliers to maintain a competitive supplier base and develop new suppliers;
\- Apply analytical thinking to ensure accuracy of system records and information related to the procurement department;
\- Support logistics department activities, contributing to operational coordination among procurement, inventory, and dispatch.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
\- Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
\- Prior experience in procurement, including supplier negotiation and management, supply chain operations, and logistics processes;
\- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and suppliers;
\- Practical ERP knowledge (experience with Sankhya system is a plus);
\- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and other office software;
\- Strong organizational and planning skills;
\- Analytical capability and decision-making ability.
Compensation: R$2\.300,00 per month
