Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for product discovery, validation, roadmap definition, and product monitoring, providing support and conducting training. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborating with UX on product discovery and validation 2. Defining and maintaining the product roadmap and prioritizing the backlog 3. Planning and managing the product lifecycle Conduct activities related to product discovery in collaboration with UX, such as creating personas, applying qualitative and quantitative research, market studies, business plans and models, framework development, and other techniques to identify opportunities and threats for new ideas and product modifications; Validate ideas jointly with UX by creating wireframes, prototypes, and MVPs prior to development; Define and maintain the product roadmap direction by developing feature specifications and prioritizing the backlog in alignment with the product vision; Evaluate improvement suggestions received for products and add them to the backlog when relevant; Collaborate with the development team to monitor sprint progress, clarify specifications, and validate deliverables; Provide internal support by sharing product-related knowledge to assist requesting departments and inform managerial decisions; Deliver training sessions and produce explanatory content about products prior to market launch; Plan and manage the product lifecycle, from launch through potential retirement; Measure and monitor product performance metrics. **Benefits:** * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance: **R$100.00** (monthly); * Food voucher: **R$44.10** (per workday); * SulAmérica health insurance (co-payment); * SulAmérica dental insurance; * Remote work allowance: **R$52.50** (monthly); * Life insurance; * Gympass; * Zenklub. **Additional Information:** CLT employment contract, 44-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
