Focus on Optimizing Results and Problem Resolution An industrial company seeks a PCP Analyst in Alagoinhas (Headquarters). **Responsibilities:** Plan, control, and monitor production according to the established schedule, meeting predefined standards, volumes, and deadlines, while supporting all involved departments to achieve improved economic results aligned with sales forecasts and market fluctuations. Prepare and manage production flow reports and work orders. Contribute to inventory level monitoring to meet the established production schedule. Support warehouse/shipment teams in material handling routines related to production. Comply with established internal rules, instructions, and procedures. Perform other duties related to this role as required by management. Problem-Solving Ability: Resolve issues using key management tools such as PDCA, Six Sigma, etc. Previous experience as PCP Coordinator, PCP Assistant, PCP Supervisor, or Production Planner may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
