




Job Summary: The Store Operator is responsible for product management, inventory control, and customer service, ensuring store organization and consumer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Exceptional customer service **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a stock replenisher and/or cashier, and familiarity with the Linx system. * Strong ability to prioritize tasks. * Knowledge of replenishment and inventory management. * Experience in customer service. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Typical Day for a Store Operator:** * Manages shelf space, restocks products, and applies pricing across all store sales areas. * Manages inventory, ensuring product accuracy through IRC, timely adjustments, usage and consumption tracking, stock marking, and internal stock transfers. * Addresses visual stockouts on shelves. * Manages overhead inventory, ensuring proper organization and replenishment while maintaining personnel safety. * When approached by customers, practices SBOA (Smile, Good Morning, Thank You, Goodbye), guiding customers effectively. * Delivers exceptional cashier service during periods of high customer traffic, and knows and follows front-end cashier procedures.
