Quality assurance and standardization of inventory processes **Order Dispatch** * Pick, verify, and organize customer orders (wholesale and retail); * Cut fabrics with precise measurement; * Package, identify, and label orders correctly and consistently; * Prepare orders for dispatch (via postal service, freight carriers, motorcycle couriers, or in-store pickup). **Goods Receipt and Control** * Receive goods from suppliers and verify invoices; * Check received quantities against purchase orders; * Assess quality of received products (damages, stains, defects); * Record receipts in the system and store items appropriately in inventory; * Report discrepancies or issues to the responsible department. **Warehouse Organization and Logistical Support** * Assist in organizing, identifying, and moving inventory; * Conduct periodic inventories to support inventory control; * Maintain a clean, organized workspace compliant with safety regulations; * Provide general logistical department support as needed.
