The professional will be responsible for the technical management of labor litigation cases, drafting procedural documents, conducting hearings, and preparing and reviewing labor calculations, ensuring high technical standards and strict compliance with deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** Drafting initial petitions, responses, appeals, and various legal submissions Document analysis and formulation of procedural strategies Monitoring and meeting procedural deadlines Case tracking via electronic court systems (PJe, TRT, etc.) Preparation, verification, and analysis of labor calculations (e.g., settlement amounts, severance payments, overtime, ripple effects, etc.) Conducting labor hearings Communication and alignment with the internal legal team **Requirements:** Proven experience in Labor Law Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration Proficiency in labor procedures and courtroom practice Experience with labor calculations Excellent legal writing skills Organization, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines Willingness to work in-person in Salvador/BA" **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree Transportation Allowance
