We seek someone eager to grow alongside us while maintaining flavor, organization, and attention to detail in every meal. * Prepare breakfast meals and snacks according to the menu. * Organize and pre\-prepare ingredients (cutting, seasoning, portioning). * Maintain consistent standards for flavor, presentation, and portion size. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and utensils. * Follow good hygiene and food safety practices. * Assist with basic inventory control (supplies and expiration dates). * Collaborate with the team to optimize daily production time and output. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a cook in meal delivery services (quentinhas), boxed meals (marmitas), restaurants, or similar settings. * Knowledge of preparing home-style meals (rice, beans, meats, side dishes, simple snacks). * Organization, efficiency, and attention to kitchen hygiene. * Availability to work in a daily production routine. * Commitment to punctuality and delivery quality. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high-volume production environments (meal delivery services, cafeterias, catering). * Familiarity with good food handling practices. * Ability to suggest new dishes and improvements to the menu. * Desire to grow within the company and assume increasing responsibilities over time.
