Monitor and audit logistics processes, ensuring compliance with goods receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch operations. Responsible for inventory control, analysis of shrinkage and losses, report preparation, and proposing continuous improvements. Also conduct security procedure verification, audit fiscal and operational documents, and monitor transportation processes to ensure cargo integrity and adherence to internal, fiscal, and legal regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Logistics Process Monitoring** Conduct periodic audits of goods receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch processes. Verify correct use of inventory control systems and product entry/exit records. **Inventory Control** Participate in and/or lead rotating and full inventory counts, identifying discrepancies and proposing adjustments/improvements. **Shrinkage and Loss Analysis** Investigate root causes of identified losses, determine accountability, and recommend preventive and corrective actions. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, critical periods, and most vulnerable departments. **Security Procedure Verification** Assess compliance with access control, personnel and vehicle circulation, PPE usage, and safety standards. Suggest improvements to protection systems: surveillance cameras, alarms, access controls, and other technologies. **Document Audit** Verify invoices, delivery manifests, return/exchange documents, and exit authorizations. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and fiscal/legal regulations. **Transportation Monitoring** Audit truck loading and unloading processes, ensuring goods integrity.
