And how?* Invoice Management: Prepare, review, and issue monthly energy invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Energy Credit Auditing: Reconcile data on energy delivery and consumption between distributors and customers, identifying and correcting discrepancies. * Process Monitoring: Track billing routines to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards. * Internal Support: Respond to billing-related requests from internal departments and customer service teams—providing prompt, clear, and accurate answers. * Process Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities, propose automation initiatives, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce risk. * Reporting and Analysis: Generate, interpret, and present billing reports—delivering insights for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. What do you need to apply?* Prior experience in billing, financial auditing, or credit analysis. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to interpret and validate financial data and billing documents. * Proactivity in suggesting process improvements and optimizations. * Familiarity with energy billing systems and automation tools (a plus).
