We are looking for a talented individual to join our Production team as a Jewelry Classification Analyst.
**Job Responsibilities**
**1\. Technical Management and Product Architecture**
* **Architecture Development:** Create and maintain the technical structure of jewelry (technical specifications), ensuring standardization of material and component information.
* **Industrialization Analysis:** Monitor the production flow, overseeing the transformation processes of raw materials (metals and gemstones) into finished products.
* **Export Control:** Validate material purity levels and technical specifications for items destined for external markets.
**2\. Inventory Control and Logistics**
* **Stock Level Management:** Define and monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels to ensure commercial fluidity without excesses.
* **Classification and Accuracy:** Perform technical classification of inventory and ensure physical inventory matches the system (logical stock) exactly.
* **Shrinkage Monitoring:** Track production/handling losses and waste (shrinkage), focusing on maximizing utilization of precious metals and stones.
**3\. Commercial and Financial Intelligence (General Methodologies)**
* **Inventory Performance Analysis:** Apply **general methodologies for classification, volume analysis, and turnover** to manage piece rotation and inventory health.
* **Cost and Margin Management:** Calculate and track average cost, profit margins, and efficiency between purchase prices (raw materials) and selling prices (final products).
* **Strategic Reporting:** Consolidate data from various units to generate dashboards that support commercial and financial management in decision-making.
**4\. Standardization and Governance**
* **Data Centralization:** Process raw data from manufacturing and commercial units, transforming it into \\"enriched\\" data for internal control.
* **Compliance and Auditing:** Ensure processes comply with industry best practices and regulations governing high-value asset control.
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, and/or Logistics.
