Meeting support and documentation of practices An importing and distributing company of machinery and tools is seeking a Junior Project Analyst in Salvador. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and execute projects, ensuring schedule compliance. Conduct follow-up with internal departments. Monitor tasks and update dashboards and KPIs. Validate materials and review pipelines. Identify bottlenecks and support continuous process improvement. Provide meeting support. Develop schedules. Document best practices. Implement operational improvements. Previous experience as Project Assistant, Junior Project Coordinator, Senior Project Analyst, or Project Intern may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
