We are hiring! Join the \#teamblue! **Commercial Operator Position \- Jequié (BA):** Are you passionate about sales, enjoy being out in the field, interacting with people, and closing great deals? Your main responsibilities will include: Responsible for prospecting, training, and retaining banking correspondents (legal entities) within the company's areas of interest. Your primary objective is to continuously drive financing business between individual customers referred by these correspondents and the company, directly contributing to increased profitability. What we are looking for: * Commercial profile with enthusiasm for sales and goal-oriented mindset; * Results-driven focus, with determination to achieve and exceed monthly targets; * Strong communication skills and empathy in customer service; * Organizational skills and proactivity. Requirements: * Must reside in Jequié/BA or be fully available to relocate; * Valid driver's license (CNH) is mandatory; * Bachelor’s degree preferred in fields such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines; * Experience in customer service, sales, and prospecting new clients, with a track record of achieving quality targets and results; * Experience managing and maintaining a customer portfolio; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication and negotiation abilities; * Willingness to travel. Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday, with a 15-minute break).
