We at Rheserva Consultoria, in partnership with Dispetral, are seeking a Registration Assistant to support departmental routines, ensuring the accurate entry and updating of data in systems, thereby contributing to information quality and internal process efficiency. Your main responsibilities will include: * Creating, updating, and deactivating supplier and product registrations in the system; * Completing comprehensive technical descriptions (application, machine model, compatibility, dimensions, material, weight); * Standardizing data according to company standards (mandatory fields, descriptions, classifications); * Managing internal codes, OEM manufacturer codes, similar codes, and equivalencies; * Consulting OEM technical catalogs and manufacturer manuals (e.g., CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, John Deere, Case, Liebherr, among others); * Assisting in the creation, correction, and adjustment of registrations based on official technical information; * Correcting registration inconsistencies and duplicates; * Supporting internal departments (sales, procurement, finance, logistics) with registration-related information; * Generating reports on registration activities; * Conducting registration checks for potential suppliers; * Verifying registration documentation (CNPJ, corporate bylaws, banking details, certificates).
