Job Summary: Assist in construction, renovation, and civil maintenance tasks by preparing materials, tools, and work environments, ensuring direct support to masons and contributing to the organization of the construction site. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to masons in construction and renovation activities. 2. Contribution to productivity and organization of the construction site. 3. Preparation and transportation of materials, site cleaning, and organization. Assist in construction, renovation, and civil maintenance tasks by preparing materials, tools, and work environments, ensuring direct support to masons and contributing to productivity and organization of the construction site * Prepare and transport construction materials such as sand, cement, stone, and mortar according to masons' requirements * Assist in mixing mortars, concrete, and other materials following technical team instructions * Organize and clean the construction site, removing debris, washing tools, and maintaining a safe and functional environment * Support the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, formwork, props, and auxiliary structures * Provide tools, parts, and supplies during task execution to ensure efficiency and smooth progress * Perform simple tasks such as rough plastering, trench excavation, concrete filling, leveling, and base compaction * Support other tasks as required by masons or site supervisors.
