Attend to students and their guardians, and monitor teaching activities. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Preferred: Specialization in Pedagogical Coordination and School Supervision and/or School Management. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Political-Pedagogical Project and curriculum proposal; * Provide technical and pedagogical advisory support to teaching staff regarding analysis, development, and implementation of teaching plans and pedagogical projects; * Promote continuous professional development for teachers, either directly or through third parties, as appropriate; * Attend to students, parents, or guardians regarding learning and disciplinary processes; * Support and monitor teaching activities, considering challenges related to teaching and learning; * Mediate class councils; * Identify, analyze, and monitor internal and external indicators; * Input and monitor data in the school's thematic systems.
