Dynamic operational environment with multiple contracts **Senior Billing Analyst – Private Security and Facilities** A company in the Private Security and Facilities sector (Cleaning and Maintenance, Reception, Access Control, Armed and Unarmed Surveillance) is seeking a professional to work in the Billing Department, with strong interface with Contract Management. If you have an analytical profile, attention to detail, and experience in fiscal invoicing and operational documentation, this opportunity may be for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue all service invoices and send them to clients. * Record, control, and issue fiscal and financial documents related to operations. * Provide information on ongoing processes to Operational, Financial, and General Management. * Send necessary information to Accounting and HR for generating tax forms and payments. * Receive operational documentation for billing purposes (analytical payroll, attendance records, pay slips, FGTS, INSS, vacations, terminations, unions, health plans, RAIS, CAGED, and supporting documents). * Verify supporting documentation prior to billing submission. * Control, request, and confirm receipt of Linked Accounts. * Issue payment slips together with invoices for private clients. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role. * Experience with invoice issuance and financial routines. **Expected Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical mindset * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and initiative * Negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills * Commitment to deadlines and technical responsibility **Important Differentiators** * Experience with public contracts or large corporate clients. * Familiarity with management systems (ERP) and high-volume billing. * Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent contracts. **Benefits** * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 30.00 per working day * **Transportation Allowance:** as per current legislation * **Health Plan:** with co-payment * **Dental Plan:** included * **Life Insurance:** group coverage Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Life insurance
