If you are organized, enjoy working with data, controls, and metrics, pay close attention to detail, and pursue continuous process improvement, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support operations and control of benefits (health insurance, dental plan, transportation voucher, meal/food allowance, and others). * Verify and process databases (registrations, transactions, eligibility, and payroll deductions), ensuring consistency and traceability. * Maintain benefits reports and metrics (cost, participation rate, eligibility, transactions, inconsistencies, and SLA). * Conduct routine simple analyses: monthly comparisons, cost variations, outlier identification, and reconciliations. * Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in spreadsheets and operational routines. * Support interfaces with vendors and internal departments (Payroll, Finance, HR/BPs). * Contribute to process documentation (routines, workflows, FAQs, and support materials). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets proficiency. * Experience (even brief) with database control, reconciliations, or administrative routines. * Ability to handle operational routines requiring high precision and adherence to deadlines.
