Its purpose is to transform medical education and contribute to saving lives through education. **Role Mission** Directly lead students’ financial journey, ensuring an agile, consultive, and results-focused experience. This role requires autonomy, clear communication, and an active commercial mindset to support negotiations, overcome objections, and perform reversals when necessary. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver consultative service, understanding needs and guiding customers confidently and empathetically. * Guide customers throughout their entire financial journey: onboarding, follow-up, negotiation, closing, and renewal. * Adopt a commercial focus: identify opportunities, overcome objections, negotiate, and close agreements. * Manage follow-ups and pending items with discipline and organization. * Maintain and update the sales pipeline in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), including KPIs and reports. * Work toward service and performance targets, promoting continuous improvement. * Handle dissatisfied or conflicted customers while maintaining a rational and solution-oriented approach. **Mandatory Technical Requirements** * Prior customer service experience (preferably consultative or commercial). * Excellent written and verbal communication (clarity, conciseness, and grammatical accuracy). * Negotiation, argumentation, and closing skills. * Autonomous profile with proactive problem-solving ability. * Organization, discipline, and strong time management. * Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and digital tools. * Adaptability to systems (CRM, customer service platforms, etc.). * Balanced demeanor for handling demanding or dissatisfied customers. **Behavioral Requirements** * Commercial energy and results orientation. * Structured reasoning and ability to remain calm under pressure. * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. * Commitment to routines, goals, and deliverables. * Empathy and active listening without compromising objectivity. **Preferred Qualifications (Non-Eliminatory)** * Experience in consultative sales, retention, relationship management, or reversals. * CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar). * Experience in financial services, fintechs, or insurance. **Compensation and Employment Model:** * **Location:** Bela Vista District – Goiânia/GO * **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) * **Schedule:** On-site | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Compensation:** BRL 2,500.00 to BRL 3,000.00 fixed + variable (salary negotiation depends on candidate’s seniority) **Why Join Liberdade Médica** * Direct impact on medical education and the mission of saving lives. * Dynamic, professional, and performance-oriented environment. * Autonomous work with direct access to financial journey metrics. * Opportunity for growth within a nationally recognized institution.
