Technical Requirements / Experience Relevant technical knowledge in IP and telephony networks, Job Responsibilities Monitor interconnections with operators, manage capacity expansions whenever necessary, and monitor failures; Perform provisioning, operation, maintenance, and expansion of NGN platforms; Develop customized reports and tools; Directly interface with suppliers to maintain and expand solutions; Approve new equipment and generate provisioning scripts; Support recovery teams in unusual cases; Maintain up-to-date database of NGN customer facilities; Analyze and interpret network quality indicators to support decision-making. Additional Knowledge Knowledge of CCNA, SQL, HTML, Linux, Shell Script, IP Networks, and NGN/TDM Telephony; Programming logic;
