Job Summary: Gold Pão is seeking proactive professionals to work in HR, conducting recruitment and selection, supporting onboarding, and providing employee assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational positions. 2. Support the onboarding process and organize employee onboarding. 3. Provide support to employees and assist in engagement initiatives. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational positions (job posting, screening, interviews, and feedback); * Support the hiring process, ensuring proper documentation organization and alignment with partner departments; * Organize and execute the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring integration aligned with company values; * Monitor and track hiring process stages, keeping systems and spreadsheets updated; * Provide employee support to address inquiries; * Assist in internal endomarketing and employee engagement initiatives; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Prior HR experience is considered an advantage, especially in R&S (Recruitment & Selection); * Must reside in Ribeirão Preto and/or surrounding areas; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); * Experience with R&S platforms and HR systems is desirable. **Additional Information** Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Meal Voucher; Pharmacy Benefit; Transportation Voucher; As a regional pioneer in the manufacturing and distribution of frozen breads, Gold Pão maintains high standards of quality and superior taste across its product line.
