Candidate information collected during the selection process for open positions is rigorously handled in accordance with the LGPD – General Data Protection Law.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute physical planning and control processes for the project on-site, focusing on supporting very short-term scheduling and medium-term planning, ensuring adherence to baseline and reliability of progress information. * Conduct tactical and operational monitoring of the underground mine construction schedule and develop/monitor schedules for related civil works. * Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze physical progress information from Construction, Engineering, Supervision, Surveying, Contracts, and Operations teams. * Organize alignment meetings among interfacing departments to mitigate deviations and generate timely action plans. * Develop and monitor key KPIs for contracts related to underground mining. * Monitor progress of construction fronts using indicators such as: physical progress; productivity; man-hours; contractor performance; achievement of scheduled milestones and histograms. * Prepare and update weekly planning of project activities and demands, promoting alignment between execution and planning. Anticipate potential deviations and develop trends. * Issue and consolidate weekly physical progress reports, activity status, deviations, constraints, and execution risks. * Support rescheduling of the schedule, contracts, budget, and short-term operational requirements, according to project progress and field conditions. * Identify deviations from the plan, anticipate risks, bottlenecks, and operational interferences, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Maintain continuous interface with contracted companies and third-party teams through the Contract Manager, serving as the field planning reference for the project team. * Support project leadership by consolidating technical reports, performance analyses, and management information, ensuring clear visibility of the project’s physical progress. * Contribute updates and trends to sustain and defend the project’s strategic and long-term planning, based on the quality of field operational information. * Monitor execution of infrastructure works related to underground mining, including civil and electromechanical fronts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Preferred specialization in Mining Engineering, Project Management, and/or related fields; * Solid experience in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and physical schedule control of projects, with on-site (site) experience; * Experience monitoring indicators such as: productivity, man-hours, measurements, and contractor performance; * Experience in civil and electromechanical works applied to mining projects; * Experience in implementation, expansion, or construction of operational infrastructure; * Relevant advantage: experience in construction and/or development of underground mines; * Ability to critically assess field conditions, consolidate information, and transform operational data into inputs for managerial decision-making; * Ability to interact with multiple interfaces, ensuring alignment among technical, operational, and corporate teams; * Prior experience identifying deviations, constraints, risks, and improvement opportunities in the short-to-medium term; * Advanced English; * Advanced Spanish (preferred); * Primavera (mandatory); * MS Project. **Additional Information** Mandatory availability to reside in Itagibá/BA for work at the Santa Rita Mine.
