If you enjoy working with people, seek a stimulating work environment, constant learning, and challenging projects, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Guide and support managers on people management matters—including team development guidance, conflict resolution, performance management, and talent retention. Lead and implement People Management processes—such as recruitment and selection (R&S), supporting and disseminating institutional programs, organizational culture, and career management. Conduct R\&S for more technical and strategic areas. Administer psychological assessments and behavioral profile analyses. Identify operational training needs and occasionally deliver training sessions. Support organizational change management, ensuring change initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented. Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism) for internal clients to recommend improvements in people management practices. Mediate and resolve internal conflicts, promoting a healthy and collaborative work environment. Serve as a reference point—supporting, guiding, and overseeing junior consultants’ handling of vacation-related activities. Act as an ambassador of the organizational culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; postgraduate studies in related fields (completed or in progress) preferred.
