Listed on the London Stock Exchange, Smiths employs approximately 16\.000 colleagues across more than 50 countries. **Job Description** **Main Internship Responsibilities** * Support **general administrative and operational activities** of the department * Issue **Return Invoices** * Issue **Transfer Invoices** (for assets, supplies, and consumables) * Issue **Outbound Invoice Manifests** * Assist in issuing **purchase requisitions and vouchers** * Track **Purchase Orders (POs)** * Support **procurement requests** * Perform **tax entry / receipt of supplier invoices** * Support the **system-based invoice issuance process**, following internal procedures * Assist in **generating and printing invoices and manifests**, as required by the department * Collaborate with the team to ensure **compliance with tax and administrative processes** **Qualifications** Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. **Additional Information** With colleagues spread across the globe, we are proud of our diversity.
