Support for decentralized warehouse and procurement operations. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Familiarity with standard procurement procedures and knowledge of logistics and inventory management. **Responsibilities:** **Conduct procurements of various types, including:** administrative supplies, production and construction materials, PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), uniforms, and other ad-hoc purchases to ensure availability of requested materials. Identify and select optimal suppliers through comparative analysis of quality, price, delivery lead time, and invoicing terms to ensure efficient supply of materials and services to the company. Consolidate and analyze procurement and facilities indicators, preparing managerial reports to support coordination in presenting results to senior management. Maintain up-to-date supplier registration records by conducting periodic reviews of registered information to ensure record compliance and facilitate agile, secure procurement processes. Register invoices in the system, accurately entering tax-related data and verifying information against purchase orders to ensure tax and accounting compliance of all procurements. Support and, as needed, execute warehouse and procurement activities at construction sites, directly organizing and controlling local inventory to support decentralized operations and meet urgent demands.
