Identify market opportunities and monitor orders **WORK FOR A FOOD MANUFACTURING COMPANY** * Guide the team to achieve high-performance results; * Identify team members' skill gaps and support their development; * Ensure proper organization of sales points; * Negotiate contracts; * Promote trade marketing activities; * Train and develop the sales team; * Monitor orders and deliveries; * Identify market opportunities. **Education:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commercial Management. * Personal vehicle required **Salary + Benefits:** * R$ 4,000.00 + 1.5% commission + meal allowance + fuel reimbursement **Location and Work Schedule:** * Based in Águas Claras, with travel required to retail stores across Salvador/BA * Monday through Saturday.
