Senior Designer Our Grains and Protein Technologies team is seeking a Senior Designer to work at our plant located in Marau – RS. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for developing new products and technical solutions, strategically engaging from concept through continuous improvement, ensuring project quality, innovation, and technical feasibility. Your impact * Develop new products and technical solutions according to project requirements and customer needs; * Develop special products, from concept through technical validation; * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, such as informational manuals, bills of materials, and specifications; * Create 2D and 3D technical drawings of parts, assemblies, and components; * Evaluate, identify, and resolve issues in existing products; * Propose and implement continuous improvements in products and processes; * Collaborate with internal departments and provide technical support during potential supplier negotiations; * Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality requirements. Your experience and qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering; * Solid experience as a Designer, preferably at senior level; * Proficiency in CAD software, with knowledge of Creo or SolidWorks; * Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Analytical capability, systemic vision, and autonomy in project execution.
