The professional will work in our laboratory, performing diagnostic sample collections, processing samples, and contributing to the delivery of accurate and reliable results to our patients. * **Sample collection:** Collect blood, urine, and other biological specimens according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * **Sample processing:** Prepare samples for analysis, centrifuge, aliquot, and properly identify them; * **Equipment operation:** Operate laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, microscopes, and autoanalyzers; * **Quality control:** Ensure result quality by adhering to quality control protocols; * **Laboratory maintenance:** Assist in organizing and cleaning the workplace; * **Patient care:** Provide humanized patient care and clarify patient questions regarding procedures. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Clinical Laboratory Technician certification; * **Experience:** Proven experience in diagnostic sample collection and sample processing; * **Professional registration:** Active registration with the **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency in specimen collection techniques, sample preparation, and operation of laboratory equipment; * **Skills:** Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork; * **Availability:** Willingness to work various shifts **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with various types of specimen collection * **Availability:** Willingness to work various shifts
