We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Analyst to join our team at the Distribution Center. You will be the key point of contact to ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations, directly contributing to the overall success of the operation. If you have experience across multiple administrative areas, with a focus on HR, maintenance, procurement, and people development, this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * **HR Routines Support and Monitoring:** Monitor the execution of Human Resources (HR) routines at the Distribution Center, working in partnership with the administrative/HR assistant. * Support timekeeping verification, work schedule planning, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies. * **Maintenance and Infrastructure:** Ensure monitoring of action plans for building and equipment maintenance, guaranteeing the functionality and safety of the Distribution Center's infrastructure. * Monitor progress of assembly and maintenance services, identifying needs and proposing solutions to prevent operational disruptions. * **Internal Procurement and Supply Management:** Conduct quotes and cost estimates for purchasing internal consumable materials, seeking the best cost-benefit conditions. * Track material deliveries and manage accounts payable processes, ensuring financial workflow efficiency. * **Development and Training:** Implement and monitor internal development and training schedules, ensuring employees remain updated and skilled. * Conduct or coordinate training sessions (refresher courses), promoting continuous improvement in team skills and knowledge. * **Quality and Standardization:** Promote basic quality standards within operations, spreading a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. * Promote and monitor essential practices such as DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue), 5S, and strict adherence to internal policies and procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we look for in you** **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration or near completion, Logistics, or related fields.
