Job Summary: The Customer Service Supervisor oversees customer service teams, ensures presentation standards, manages operational procedures, and handles incidents at a medical clinic. Key Highlights: 1. Supervises presentation standards and operational procedures. 2. Manages teams and resolves non-conformities in customer service. 3. Attends to patients and controls inventory of medical supplies. A medical clinic is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in Salvador (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Supervise frontline staff’s adherence to presentation standards. Guide receptionists, customer service representatives, exam room attendants, and technicians on executing operational procedures. Manage teams regarding working hours, compensatory time, days off, etc. Supervise the deployment and conduct of the customer service team, compliance with internal regulations and service delivery planning. Position oneself at the unit with the highest patient flow and oversee service delivery. Address incidents immediately to resolve non-conforming situations. Control daily production reporting (reports and corresponding service orders) and handle outstanding service issues. Attend to patients in non-routine situations. Maintain cash on hand for change provided to patients paying out-of-pocket. Monitor expiration dates of medications, sterilized materials, and other items with expiry dates, including Biocheck Up, and return expired items to the Central Warehouse. Previous experience as a Customer Service Coordinator, Relationship Manager, Customer Support Team Leader, or Call Center Supervisor may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
