Workcell is a company specializing in automation and technology solutions for industrial processes. It offers products and services aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and productivity. **Responsibilities:** Handle initial leads received via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, and paid traffic. Qualify leads by identifying needs and purchase profiles. Schedule site visits and test drives for sales consultants. Conduct daily follow-up with leads at different stages of the sales funnel. Record all information and interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Provide commercial department support through lead screening, routing, and prospecting reports. Actively contribute to increasing the conversion rate and the volume of qualified opportunities.
