Reception organization, meeting room management, and customer service environment setup Our client seeks a professional to work at the company’s reception, contributing to customer service and supporting other company departments. **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp support, directing customers, suppliers, and partners to respective departments; Receive customers interested in real estate developments, brokers, and visitors, ensuring courteous and organized service; Support the commercial department by assisting with initial customer contact and directing them to consultants; Manage visitor entry and exit logs and maintain service records; Organize the reception area, meeting rooms, and customer service environment; Receive, organize, and route correspondence and documents; Assist with general administrative tasks and provide support to commercial, finance, and administration departments; **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and systems).
