Configure and support operating systems and software S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talents to work as an IT TECHNICIAN. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, notebooks, and peripherals; * Install, configure, and update operating systems and software; * Configure and support printers, scanners, and other IT equipment; * Assemble and maintain hardware; * Configure and provide basic network support (cabling, routers, switches, and Wi\-Fi); * Create and manage user accounts, e\-mails, and access permissions; * Execute backup routines and assist with information security; * Control and organize the IT equipment inventory; * Support the implementation of new systems and technologies; * Guide users on the proper use of systems and equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Technical Course in Information Technology, Technical Course in Networks, Technical Course in Maintenance and IT Support, or related fields; * Completed high school; * Preferred: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor's program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related areas. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$ 1\.646,49 \+ 324,20 * Workload: 220 hours per month S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit institution with social and inclusive character, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, qualified as a Social Organization in several states and municipalities across the federation, providing services in both public and private sectors, with a mission to serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Mission:** To serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Purpose:** To build, develop, and care with humanity. **Vision:** To be a national reference institution delivering services humanely in health, education, and social assistance.
