




Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for diagnosing, performing preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance, providing on-site technical support, and ensuring information security. Ensuring equipment integrity and compliance with security standards **Field Technician – PJ** **Model:** On-site – Fixed-term contract (1 month) **Work Location:** Salvador \- BA * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \| Business hours **Responsibilities:** * Perform diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops. * Execute replacement and installation of hardware components (memory, HD/SSD, display, keyboard, cards, among others). * Perform formatting, configuration, and installation of Windows operating systems and corporate tools. * Provide on-site technical support to users for resolving hardware- and software-related incidents. * Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with information security standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Must have a **personal vehicle and valid driver's license (CNH)** for field travel. * Must have a **personal laptop**. * Must have a **smartphone** for communication and service recordkeeping. * Must possess **basic toolset for laptop and desktop maintenance**. * Must have **at least five 32GB USB flash drives** for technical tasks. **Additional Information:** This is a PJ opportunity with a fixed-term contract, starting immediately upon approval, working Monday to Friday: (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM – to be defined by the client) Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver’s License Category: B Personal Vehicle Willingness to Travel
