Assistance in computer and equipment maintenance We are looking for an intern to work in the Information Technology area, providing support for departmental routines and contributing to the proper functioning of the company's systems and equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Technical support to users (on-site and remote) * Software installation and configuration * Assistance in computer and equipment maintenance * Support in IT asset management * Basic support for internal networks and systems **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Technology or Bachelor's degree program in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields * Basic knowledge of IT (hardware, software, and networks) * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity
