




Job Summary: Providing internal technical support, organizing tasks, managing documents, and supporting the technical team in accordance with established standards and deadlines. Teamwork **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide internal technical support to employees in person, by phone, or via internal systems; * Assist in opening, tracking, and closing service orders (SOs); * Record, document, and track technical support requests; * Support the technical team in organizing tasks and operational routines; * Manage and organize documents, reports, and technical records; * Escalate requests to higher-level support when necessary; * Follow procedures, internal policies, and established deadlines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical training in related fields is desirable); * Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, internet); * Ability to quickly learn internal systems and processes; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in technical support or internal customer service; * Basic knowledge of management systems, ticketing systems, or IT; * Familiarity with networking, hardware, or industry-specific software. This position is 100% on-site. WORK HOURS: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.700,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
