Job Summary: We are seeking a Back-End development specialist to define and implement scalable software architectures, ensuring quality and innovation. Key Highlights: 1. Artificial Intelligence is our reality. **Important**: If you reside in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, your physical presence at our city offices is mandatory, per our current attendance policy. **Responsibilities:*** Actively participate in defining and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures; * Develop and maintain high-performance systems, ensuring quality, reliability, and alignment with business requirements; * Solve complex problems, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and propose innovative solutions; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including developers, designers, and stakeholders—to align deliverables with strategic objectives; * Optimize system performance and resolve challenges related to availability, security, and software architecture; * Ensure software quality by performing manual and automated testing to guarantee high-quality product delivery; * Document test processes and results, ensuring transparency and traceability; * Implement and maintain test automation frameworks aligned with development practices. **Requirements for this challenge:*** Solid Back-End development experience, with focus on technologies such as Java 8+ (Spring Boot) and Node.js; * Advanced knowledge of microservices architectures and RESTful API design; * Expertise in caching techniques and system optimization; * Expertise in software development best practices, including * Clean Code and Hexagonal Architecture; * Experience with test-driven development (TDD/BDD) and test automation tools; * Experience in performance, security, and integration testing; * Familiarity with test management and reporting tools; * Proficiency in modeling and developing systems using microservices; * Expertise in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.); * Experience with containerization (Docker), message queues and messaging (RabbitMQ and Kafka, pub/sub); * Proficiency with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and agile development practices; * Familiarity with observability tools such as ELK; * Knowledge of public clouds (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform); * Knowledge of AI.
