Job Summary: Accounting Analyst focused on monthly closing routines, reconciliations, tax calculations, and support for ancillary obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with RM TOTVS system and chart of accounts composition. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Experience with accounting routines and monthly closing; * Knowledge of chart of accounts composition and balance closing; * Experience issuing revenue invoices; * Knowledge of calculation and recording of depreciation for fixed assets; * Experience with ancillary obligations; * Experience in financial and accounting reconciliations; * Knowledge of technical and contractual withholdings, as well as federal and municipal taxes; * Microsoft Office suite (with emphasis on Excel); * Experience with RM TOTVS system. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze and execute the composition of all accounting accounts monthly and for balance closing; * Issue revenue invoices; * Control, calculate, and record monthly depreciation of fixed assets; * Support the company’s ancillary obligations; * Perform financial and accounting reconciliations related to technical and contractual withholdings, ensuring correct withholding and tax payment; * Perform consolidations and postings for consortia and SCPs, according to participation percentage, for monthly trial balance closing; * Conduct tax credit offset assessments upon request; * Assist and guide EAFs of construction projects regarding invoice postings in the RM TOTVS system, especially concerning technical and contractual withholdings and federal and municipal taxes. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in engineering, civil construction, or infrastructure companies; * Experience with construction contracts and consortia; * Advanced knowledge of tax legislation applicable to construction projects.
