Job Summary: Responsible for managing and developing the team, monitoring sales indicators, and ensuring operational and administrative excellence of the store, as well as overseeing merchandise organization and pricing. Ensuring operational and administrative excellence Manage/develop the internal team in accordance with company processes and guidelines. Monitor sales indicators and be responsible for weekly and monthly sales target allocation to formulate an action plan according to store needs. * Register merchandise receipts and shipments via system, as well as all related movements (returns, cancellations); * Conduct after-sales service, tracking product picking through to customer delivery; * Responsible for store layout according to standard model: displaying merchandise at opening and retrieving it at closing, as well as receiving/organizing merchandise in inventory; * Monitor pricing routines, labeling, flyers, VTs (video terminals), and poster placements, aiming to eliminate discrepancies across store departments; * Plan/guarantee proper execution of operational and administrative routines: assessing customer needs and satisfaction, guiding the sales team on standard service delivery, speed, and quality of customer reception; * Investigate damages and returns, verifying correct storage of merchandise in designated areas, accurate completion of return, exchange, and replacement reports, and conducting regular inspections to ensure correct procedure execution; * Supervise staff work schedules and leave arrangements, maintaining control via timekeeping system, while monitoring working hours (arrival, break, departure) in compliance with labor legislation; * Supervise cash register closing to ensure accurate submission to Finance; * Guarantee appropriate store cleanliness quality, including merchandise, storefront, counters, and other areas; * Responsible for/perform weekly product stocktaking whenever requested by Management or Loss Prevention, verifying all merchandise in warehouse and on display, reporting findings to Regional Office. In case of discrepancies, assume responsibility and provide justification to Management; * Responsible for proper use and maintenance of uniforms, in accordance with company hygiene procedures and profile.
