




**Job Description:** * Manage the assembly of surgical package networks, ensuring validation of templates and appropriate assumptions per type of procedure, in accordance with technical, administrative, and clinical criteria, promoting standardization, predictability, and negotiation conditions with health insurance providers. * Train the package analyst team to guarantee 100% validation of surgical package network requests, ensuring correct application of assumptions, achievement of appropriate margins, and alignment with the clinical staff, aiming for mutual satisfaction and patient care safety. * Audit the closing of network package accounts, ensuring compliance with pre-established assumptions and promoting continuous improvement actions to correct deviations and strengthen financial and operational sustainability. Train the team on the audit model and execution assurance; * Participate in the development, review, and updating of clinical protocols for surgical packages, aligned with the clinical staff, technical standards, and operational routines, promoting standardization of medical practice and adherence to surgical packages, patient safety, and continuous improvement of care quality. * Other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with active registration at COREN; * Prior experience in the responsibilities of this position is desirable; * Postgraduate degree in Nursing; * Intermediate English proficiency.
