All our positions are open to people with disabilities. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Design and develop Java applications and RESTful APIs, applying design patterns, clean architecture, and best practices to ensure performance, quality, and maintainability. * Participate in defining and evolving microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, security, efficiency, and alignment with business needs. * Conduct performance analysis, optimization, and automated testing to guarantee application resilience, stability, and high technical standards. * Design and maintain cloud-based solutions and CI/CD pipelines, utilizing containers, orchestration, observability, and security practices throughout the development lifecycle. * Exercise technical leadership and mentoring, conducting code reviews, supporting architectural decisions, and promoting the team’s technical development. * Align technical decisions with product and business strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading continuous improvement initiatives. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Languages and frameworks: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security. * Architecture: microservices, RESTful APIs, design patterns (SOLID, Clean Code, CQRS, Event-driven). * Cloud: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (deployment, automation, monitoring, and security). * DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins or GitLab CI. * Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra. * Testing: JUnit, Mockito, test automation and coverage. * Software and API security. * Technical documentation and system architecture. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS** * Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and Data Engineering solutions. * Intermediate technical English. **LOCATION** Uberlândia/MG – On-site (Av.
