Providing support to employees and assisting with eSocial/DCTFWeb Position: HR Department Analyst Work Mode: On-site We are seeking a Mid-Level HR Department Analyst to handle HR department routines, with a focus on payroll calculation, vacation processing, and employment terminations, ensuring legal compliance, accuracy, and timely execution. Main Responsibilities: * Payroll processing and verification; * Vacation calculation and management; * Preparation and verification of employment termination documents; * Calculation of labor-related charges (INSS, FGTS, and IRRF); * Employee support for clarification of inquiries; * Assistance with eSocial and DCTFWeb procedures; * Ensuring compliance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and collective bargaining agreements. Requirements: * Proven experience in the Human Resources Department; * Proficiency in payroll, vacation, and termination calculations; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Organized, analytical profile with strong attention to deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience managing large employee volumes; * Courses or formal education in HR/Personnel Administration; * Familiarity with the Senior payroll system.
