We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our commercial team, focused on expanding new business in strategic operating regions (regional hires by state, e.g., RS, PR, MG, and SP). **The primary mission of this person will be to visit hospitals, present our technological solution in a consultative manner, and build trust-based relationships that generate new sales opportunities.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What you’ll do daily:** * **Prospecting and Visits**: Conduct face-to-face visits to prospects (hospitals, Unimed cooperatives, and health insurers) across various cities within your operating region, strengthening in-person relationships. * **Consultative Presentations**: Present Fin-X’s solution in a consultative and strategic way, tailoring the approach to each healthcare institution’s needs and demonstrating the value of our products. Priority is placed on establishing relationships with hospital C-Level executives to enable Fin-X executives’ engagement. * **Opportunity Identification**: Identify new business opportunities in the hospital sector, mapping key stakeholders and understanding each client’s pain points and processes. * **End-to-End Sales Cycle**: Manage all stages of the sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—including scheduling meetings, conducting demonstrations, negotiating proposals, and actively following up through potentially long sales cycles. * **Targets and Results**: Achieve the company’s new business targets, monitor performance metrics, and regularly report progress. Focus on lead definitions and priorities aligned with defined ICPs. * **Events and Networking**: Participate in healthcare industry events, trade fairs, and meetings as needed, to network and generate qualified leads. * **CRM Updates**: Keep the CRM and internal systems consistently updated with visit records, contact information, negotiation status, and follow-ups, ensuring pipeline visibility for the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we’re looking for:** * **Healthcare Sales Experience**: Proven experience selling technology/products or supporting the surgical journey process in hospitals or healthcare institutions, with a track record of meeting targets. Understanding of the hospital environment and its processes—including specific knowledge of physician relations—is essential. * **"Hands-on" Profile**: Proactivity and a hands-on attitude, with strong face-to-face sales skills and willingness to personally open doors and acquire new customers. A hunter profile capable of directly reaching out to organizational C-Level executives. * **Communication and Relationship Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on interpersonal relationship building. * **Organization and Discipline**: Ability to manage schedules, visit routes, and the sales pipeline in an organized manner.
